Pick the Format That Fits the Room
Passed hors d'oeuvres and sliders. The $17 per person standard menu: Lomo Saltado burger sliders, pulled pork, smoked brisket, Cuban sandwiches, chicken skewers, empanadas, ceviche spoons and more. Minimum 20 guests.
Paella cooked live. The pan goes on at your venue and your guests watch it come together. Chicken and sausage, chicken sausage and seafood, or seafood only, priced per person.

Can you serve a mixed team with different diets?
Tell us what your guests will not eat and we price the menu around that. Every item on the standard menu can be swapped, dropped or doubled up, and menu customization carries no extra charge.
