Latin Fixin's has been a South Florida food truck business since 2012. We bring the truck, the crew and the grill to your event, and guests order fresh, made to order food right on site. It works for corporate lunches, festivals, concerts, fundraisers, farmers markets, car shows, weddings and private parties.
We are a family-owned team led by Chef Alex and Kiara, and we won a perfect score at the 2019 Port Saint Lucie Food Truck Wars.
Burgers With a Peruvian Twist
The truck menu is built around the Amazing Lomo Saltado Burger, a half pound beef patty with Peruvian style saltado onions and tomatoes, cilantro, crispy potato sticks and our aji sauce. Smashed burgers, loaded fries, chicken tenders and sides round it out.
