The Standard Catering Menu
Passed appetizers and sliders, built for a room that is standing, mingling, and eating with one hand. Every guest gets more than one bite. Minimum order 20 guests.
Paella, Three Ways
The pan goes on at your venue and your guests watch it come together. Add it to a menu or let it be the main event. All three are priced per person and quoted to your headcount.
Chicken & Sausage
The house pan and the friendliest on budget. Safe for a mixed crowd with no shellfish in it.
Chicken, Sausage & Seafood
The mixed pan. Everything in the chicken and sausage version with seafood added on top.
Seafood
Seafood only. The pan guests crowd around while it cooks, and photograph before anyone has served themselves.
