From a 20 person birthday dinner to a festival serving several thousand, Latin Fixin's builds the food experience around your event. We cook Peruvian-American fusion and full Latin menus, and we bring the staff and coordination to run it.
Choose elegant plated dinners, generous buffets, tray-passed hors d'oeuvres, interactive food stations, family style platters or a cocktail reception. Mix formats if your event needs it.
Three Starting Points
The $17 per person standard menu. Passed appetizers and sliders for a standing room, with a 20 guest minimum. Every guest gets more than one bite.
Paella cooked live. Chicken and sausage ($17 to $22 per person), chicken, sausage and seafood ($20 to $28), or seafood ($25 to $35). Pricing moves with headcount, venue and seafood market pricing on your date.
Latin, fusion or fully custom. Mains, sides and the plates that hold a buffet line together, developed around your tastes and budget.
Milestones Deserve Real Food
Weddings, quinceaneras, birthdays and anniversaries. Our trucks have shown up at weddings too. Tell us the date and the guest count and we come back with a plan.

What is the minimum order?
The standard passed appetizer and slider menu is $17 per person with a 20 guest minimum. Paella and custom menus are quoted to your headcount.
Can we build our own menu?
Yes. Send the dishes you have in mind and we build and price the menu around them. Customization carries no extra charge.
Is there a deposit to get a quote?
No. A quote is free and usually comes back the same day.
Do you cook on site?
Yes. Paella is cooked live at your venue in three versions, and the food truck serves made to order food on location.
